In 2014, we conducted a research on consumer perspectives regarding online shopping. We established that the major reasons why consumers shop online are lower prices, convenience and a wider range of products available. Businesses selling online are able to access a larger number of consumers and provide greater convenience shoppers. However, there are challenges with online shopping and many shoppers choose not to purchase online due to worries about being unable to return the product if it is not what they expect or fears of credit card fraud.
To leverage online shopping, Zimbabwe Outsourcing Experts Private Limited trading as and under the name; ZimSale was established. With increased insight into what drives online shopping, we endeavor to give our online shoppers security and confidence while guaranteeing their consumer rights.
